100% Money Back Guarantee
If after 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your memory foam mattress,
you can return it for 100% refund (no restocking charges). The customer will be responsible for returning the product using
their own insured shipping. The product will be inspected on return and issued a full refund
if the product is in a reasonable condition (no stains, signs of abuse, etc. )
Please note that products shipped back collect will be refused. We must be notified
within 10 days after your 30 day trial expires. Please note we will not accept returns
BEFORE the 30 day trial has expired, as it can take some time to adjust to a new mattress.
Note: This Money Back Guarantee does not apply to pillows or toppers.
20 Year Limited Warranty
MemoryFoamDirect.ca guarantees that your Memory Foam Mattress will be covered by our
20 Year Limited Warranty should it be deemed to be defective due to faulty workmanship
or structural defects. It is understood that this limited warranty does not cover the
normal increase in softness due to normal wear.
This warranty covers:
- Body indentations on the memory foam layer which are greater than 1" that are not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring, or platform.
- Compression of foam in base portion greater than 1"
This warranty does not cover:
- Mattress cover (including stains, soiling, or burns)
- Structural damage due to using an improper foundation, box spring, or platform. A proper foundation consists of at least 5 legs or 5 cross slats.
- Head, Knee or Body Pillows
- Memory Foam Toppers
The cost of shipping warranty claims will be at the sole responsibility of the customer. All Warranty returns must be authorized with a Warranty Claim number.
